I’m 32 years old, and I’m a Mechanical Engineer.
My first new vehicle purchase, was also my first Ford, a ’98 Ranger. It's been a good truck, in fact I still have it.
'98 Ford Ranger, XLT, 4x4, 4.0L, 5spd Auto, White, 4dr SuperCab, Flareside, & GemTop Steel Tonnue Cover.
The next vehicle I got was an F150.
'01 F150, SuperCrew, XLT, 4x4, 5.4L, Auto w/ OD, & Red/Silver Two Tone.
Then I finally bought what I've been wanting all along...
An '05 Ford F250 SuperDuty.
It’s a Harley Davidson Edition #02156 Black w/ Orange Stripe, but I had the dealer remove orange stripe before I took delivery.
6.0L PSD, TorqShift, 3.73LS, Crew Cab, Long Bed, Quad Captains Chairs w/ heated seats, Power Rear Sliding Window, Power Moonroof, In Dash 6-disc changer, Heavy Service Suspension Package, Skid Plate Package, Stabilizer Package, TowCommand System, Dual Alternators, Reverse Sensor Aid, 12.5k Hitch Receiver, PTO, & Upfitter Switches.
I don’t own a Harley nor am I into them, but I bought the Harley Davidson Edition because I wanted quad captains chairs and the King Ranch didn’t do it for me. Black is not my favorite color for a vehicle, but man does it look good when it is clean.
I’ve already ordered the Predator tuner for it from Motohaven, and very soon I think I’m going to order the MBRP Pro Single Turbo back exhaust & Stage II AFE. I’m getting gauges for sure before I play with these mods, but I have a few questions first, but I’ll leave those for another thread.
I’m going to lift my truck 8” to 12”, what ever it takes to effectively clear the Toyo Open Country 40x15.5R22 on a 12” wheel w/ zero rubbing issues.
As some of you may be able to tell by my username, I’m into sportbikes. Right now I’m riding a tricked out ’04 Kawasaki ZX10R, I’m a track day fanatic. I also have a YZ426F thumper that I enjoy getting squirrelly on.
