$2.50, sign me up! This morning in Rancho Cucamonga, CA $2.79. I can't see how the transportation industry can keep up with this. I know they pass the cost down to consumers of the products being shipped. But how can they stay ahead of the game with prices skyrocketing like this?????????

Just saw a station in Reseda California (Los Angeles suburb) that Diesel was 2.99.9 (3.00) but most vary from 2.47 to 2.76 so far.

It's jumped 20 cents since I last filled up. Now at $2.69 here in the bay area at Rotten Robbie...That's the best price....it goes higher.

I was hauling some equipment to Great Falls Montana this last week and it seemed the further West I went the worse it was $2.37 in central WI. $2.55 in Great Falls.
Bad , Bad, Bad

I see unleaed here in central WI is also $2.37. Instead of diesel fuel dropping they just raised the cost of unleaded to match this year. Somebody is making $$$ and it ain't me.

this was taken this after noon on bloomberg\energy markets
PRICE* CHANGE % CHANGE TIME
Nymex Crude 54 -1.85 -3.31 14:09 this one is the one you want lower.
IPE Crude 54.04 -1.23 -2.23 13:38
Dated Brent 52.3 -1.16 -2.17 13:38
WTI Cushing 54.45 -1.4 -2.51 13:09

PETROLEUM (¢/gal)
PRICE* CHANGE % % CHANGE TIME
Nymex Heating Oil 151.5 -7.17 -4.52 14:08
Nymex Gasoline 155.8 -10.12 -6.1 14:08

The government report also showed that the nation's inventory of crude oil was 317.1 million barrels, or 8 percent higher than last year.
the current oil market remains "highly exaggerated," and that if prices followed market fundamentals, they should hover around the low $40 a barrel range.
the key word is should. meaning diesel should theres that word again be well below 2.0
a gallon mark
