1.99 here still in central Va. Luckily i live near the cheapest diesel station in the state. Hopefully, prices will go back down though. I'm not worried about it. I woudlnt' have gotten a truck if i did.
Does any one know how much Biodiesel is compared to diesel right now?
That depends on the blend.
For example B20 (20% bio, 80 % diesel) would cost me the same as regular diesel in San diego.
Pure Bio or B100 usually costs about a dollar MORE than regular #2.
A good at D-I-Y guy can make his own B100 for roughly .70 a gallon!
Yes, .70.
Hate to even drag this out again but, my Favorite Walmart was at $ 2.11 yesterday...probably went up agian today. Was at $ 1.88 the first few days of March.
Last week I paid $1.839 at my local Wallys'. Drove up to OKC yesterday to get my Transfer Flow OEM replacement tank installed. Today I filled it for the first time (ouch) and paid $2.019 at Flying J.
On my way back down I-35 (200 miles) the prices varied from $2.10 just outside OKC to $2.30 on the north side of the DFW MetroPlex.
Funny how all the stations had the diesel prices, "XX'd" out on everyone of the signs. Even the larger truck stops. This tells me the prices are changing so fast that they can't even keep up with the price increases.
