transmission swap
i have a E4OD transmission (automatic) and it slips. no one in my area has a E4OD transmission and the lowest rebuild price is $1,000. i wanted to know if i would have change any parts other than the transmission and if so what parts to switch it to an AOD transmision

Go with the $1000 rebuild. By the time you get done swapping trannies and wondering why it don't work, $1000 will seem a bargain. Remember, that "E" on E4OD is for electronic control. What would control your AOD?
