460 problems not running right

I have just rebuilt my 460 in my 84 f-350 i bored it .30 over and put a speed pro 1500-4500 rpm cam in it with a matching edelbrock manifold it also has headers and a edelbrock 750 carb on it. it feel like it has plenty of low end power just driving around but when i lay into the gass it doesn't go like it used to and it just feel like it has no power. i all ready pulled the front of the motor back apart to check the cam timing and it was dead on i was wondering if you guys had any ideas on what the problem could be.

It sounds as though the timing is retarded too much, or the vacuum advance isn't hooked up, reducing response, and making it seem as though you're down on power.
