High idle after warmup

High idle after warmup

High idle after warm-up when stopped in drive. Engine rocks in mounts as if torque convertor locked-up. No codes from EEC. Need help!

Check/clean/replace the IAC and TPS. Those both are common to high idle, sure there are no stored codes?

Yeah, just buy a Chilton's and an ohmmeter from Radio Shack. If the resistance through the IAC and TPS isn't what the Chilton's manual says it should be, then replace whichever, if any, is bad.
