When i bought this truck she told me that the engine had blow the passenger side cylinder? DEFINE BLOWN CYLINDER? does this mean she cracked the head blowed the head cracked the engine? I am confused never heard of a blow cylinder except in refrence to the heads.

Around here where i live the term "blown cylinder" means the conecting rod broke...had this happend in my dads L8000 I6 Diesel, what a pain in the ****!
well i hope its something fixable because i really can't afford to do a rebuild right now. i want to do it right so i am not about to go cheap on rebuilding it.
Could be something real easy - like the spark plug fell out. More likely a burned valve - the thing is that it is not enough to accept someone's word as to what is wrong. You have to find out for yourself.
So you bought this truck, how did you get it home? If it ran, you are ok. if you pulled it, yank the plugs and see if you can turn the motor over at the crank by hand. There is a little self evaluation you need to do before moving forward...
