O2 Sensor Code 41

Ok I have been getting a code 41 when I run the self test. According the manual that is an O2 sensor not switch. Any ideas how to check this. I am going to check the HEGO for power. and check the sensor so its low voltage but besides that I am not sure what else to do. This is on a 1991 F150 with a 302 C6.

O2 Sensor Code 41

The engine has to be at normal operating temperature otherwise code 41 will be displayed .
