1 Short to VPWR in harness or HO2S

3 Open/Shorted HO2S circuit
4 Corrosion or poor mating terminals and wiring

6 Damaged PCM
Fuel System:
l Excessive fuel pressure
2 Leaking/contaminated fuel injectors
3 Leaking fuel pressure regulator
4 Low fuel pressure or running out of fuel
5 Vapor recovery system
Induction System:
l Air leaks after the MAF
2 Vacuum Leaks
3 PCV system
4 Improperly seated engine oil dipstick
EGR System:
l Leaking gasket
2 Stuck EGR valve
3 Leaking diaphragm or EVR
Base Engine:</O

4 Exhaust leaks before or near the HO2S(s)

Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) P1131 bank 1 (Cylinder 1) and P1151 bank 2 indicate the fuel/air ratio is correcting rich for an overly lean condition.
Bank 1 is the right side...passenger's side.
You might want to try swapping the 02's from side to side and see if the code follows.
The P1131 is typically the upstream sensor on the passenger side.
