p1131 Service code

p1131 Service code
hey all i'm new here and proud to be a part. i have a '97 f150 4x4 and my check engine light is on. Autozone says its p1131. I changed the mass air flow and changed the drivers side o2 sensors and checked for vacuum leaks at the pcv.I've been reading the archive forums. I'd like some other info on where to go from here.truck has 180,000 miles. thanks be to anyone who can help.

1 Short to VPWR in harness or HO2S
2 Water in harness connector
3 Open/Shorted HO2S circuit
4 Corrosion or poor mating terminals and wiring
5 Damaged HO2S
6 Damaged PCM
Fuel System:
l Excessive fuel pressure
2 Leaking/contaminated fuel injectors
3 Leaking fuel pressure regulator
4 Low fuel pressure or running out of fuel
5 Vapor recovery system
Induction System:
l Air leaks after the MAF

3 PCV system
4 Improperly seated engine oil dipstick
EGR System:
l Leaking gasket
2 Stuck EGR valve

Hi JLambright and welcome 
Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) P1131 bank 1 (Cylinder 1) and P1151 bank 2 indicate the fuel/air ratio is correcting rich for an overly lean condition.
Bank 1 is the right side...passenger's side.
You might want to try swapping the 02's from side to side and see if the code follows.

Sounds like you replaced the wrong O2 sensor. The MAF doesn't cause this code so there is no apparent reason for its replacement based on the information you have provided.
The P1131 is typically the upstream sensor on the passenger side.
