Most of the comments about "stealership" concern ripped-off rebates and work charged for but not done correctly, but I agree with you; it's not a very flattering term to the 99% of honest, hardworking dealer employees out there.
Steina's right,the people are the dealership.What sometimes is upsetting is that people want all their nice toys but when they break,theyre upset,then buy the cheapest thing out there to fix it.The dealership is more expensive,but they have factory trained techs,and the highest quality oem parts.And yes Horseman1,i would sell,cut and program the key myself for the customer.You would be surprised,thers alot of us that would do the same.
Comments are just based on previous experience. Just because one person has a bad experience and decides to form a thought about it... should not be taken personally. I myself have had both bad and good experiences with dealers and aftermarket. But I still joke about the dealers, and I still buy from them.
