ok, when we checked the timing it was 15 degrees advanced and i live in colorado where it should be around 10 degrees advance, The problem is that the truck is very under power i know it is a 4cyl, but it is horribly underpowered and i do not think it is running like it should

You do know you cant just hook up a timing light and expect it to be right.
The 92's you have to pull out a fuse type thing to put it in the base mode, where it should be 10*
What is it doing? They are underpowered, 100hp isnt going to be quick.

This truck has been in the family for a while, we know how much power its supposed to have or how much it originaly had, and it has been decreasing in power.
