Disc brake conversion

I was just wondering, has anyone converted their 80-86 f-150 to four wheel disc brakes? How much was the conversion? How hard was it? Who did you do the conversion through? Thanks!

I'm actually in the market for an 86 4x2 f150 shortbed. Do the rearends for that truck vary?

86 F150 can have a 8.8 or 9 inch differential

[font color="red" size="ten" face="comic sans ms"]well if the truck comes with the 8.8 you can optain an rear out of another pickup with the rear disc,,, yes they come with disc,, just im not totally sure what years,, im assuming 97 or newer f-150's,,, or you could just look in the ford motorsport catalog,, they sell rear disc conversions for both the 8.8 and the 9inch rears,,,, [/font]

Please consider ditching the comic sans serif font. It's only readable with Internet Explorer. With Netscape and Opera, its so small its practically unreadable. I suspect Macintosh browsers are even worse since the comic font doesn't even exist on Macs.
