Is the news true that "Papa Norm" had a massive heart attack and passed? IF...this is true, do you think the family will sell it once the legal headaches are over? This may cause us to re-locate the Midwest Meeting.

I caught wind of Norm's (possible) passing on another Ford site. I just hate to see a popular track go south if the family sells it off.

 

Has there been any news regarding the track lately?

 

Haven't heard anything maybe we should call.

 

Word from the Chicago SVT site is the track will be open this year and maintain the current 2005 schedule. Is everyone still interested in the Indiana/Illinois meeting there in June?

 

I am. We will most likely have a meeting at this years 4x4 jamboree and the Il members will be welcome to come.
