The first thing that pops into my mind when dealing with a good deal too good to be true is why is it so cheap for an OEM part? The second thing is it a counterfeit part in a Ford box? When I worked in Ford and Chevy parts you would get a fair amount of people trying to sell you OEM parts that were not OEM.
$1.50 is real cheap for a good relay and I would want to know why it was so cheap before I popped it into my truck, especially as an emergency part. Without a box it might have been from a water damage sale, as an example.
They aren't in a box. They're in a bin with a bunch of others on a shelf in their retail store. They sure aren't couterfeit unless the counterfeiters used the same mold that Ford's supplier used, as they have the Ford logo and part number moulded into the plastic case. There isn't a hint of scratching on the lugs, so I doubt that they have ever been in a socket. They look brand new.
I use this place a lot and have never had reliability "issues" with their stuff.
