Smog Pump Replacement -460 FI

I have a 1988 460 FI in a E-350 Chassis Motorhome. My smog pump (verified by Shop) is making noise, sort of a diesel sound. They quoted me $320 to replace...$186 for labor and $134 for reman pump. This seems high. How hard of job is it to replace this pump? I can see it and access it. I can get a reman pump locally for $50....with lifetime warranty. The only question I have is how hard is it to remove pulley from old one to new one as new one does not come with pulley? Basically, is this a hard job as it does not appear to be?

I wouldn't think it would be to bad, I took mine off and it was easy, but didn't put it back on so I can't help with that. I would think you could do it yourself.
