97 Windshield Wiper problem
I have a 1997 EB Explorer the wipers only work on high , But some times I can get low speed to work . I am not sure what it could be . A friend told me its a 37 step that a Ford dealer will do to try to find the problem , I dont have that much money to do that !! Help

I had the same thing happen to me, but with the addition of when you went to put the turn signal on, all you would get was a lound growling sound. After fordhouse replaced wiper motor, and did other various electrical work, they found that the problem the whole time was the multi-function switch/lever. Its the whole turnsignal/wiper arm thing. Im not saying this is indeed your problem, but it very well could be worth looking into

I was tapping on the wiper motor and it started to move! So I bought a motor but I have another problem one of my pulley seized up and unscrewed itself? Hopefully I still have threads left on the bracket to put a new one on I don’t want to change the f en bracket too
