New toys..

I plan on getting some new tires and rims wensday. They are 16" x 10" with ...ohh i forget what size mudd terrian tires are on it..they are wide and mean. Will a chip adjust the speedometer/odemeter? Who would be the best person to talk to at motorhaven?

Yes, a chip will fix the gear ratio and give you about 15 - 19 to the rear wheels if you program it for premium.

Talk to Ken in the chips forum, he can tell you exactly what you need without a doubt.

Here's a question: Could you use M/T tires for everyday driving compare to A/T tires? Is there much difference?

The only noticable differences are:

1. I can take off as fast as I want without them loosing traction, even in Rain.
2. They do make tire noise, which i guess is the only bad side.

I got them from a friends boss from his work. They had and still have about 4200 miles on them. He bought them used them for about 4200k and should the truck. He bought a 2004 F-150 and they did not fit so he sold them to me for $500. Why?
