97 4.6L bucking

97 4.6L bucking

My 97 Ford F-150 (4.6L) wants to huck and buck when sitting still and in gear. I have read several other similar threads and have tried some of the suggestions to cure the problem. It doesn't appear to be missing when running at normal speeds but very noticable when stopped at lights etc. The IAC appeared to be very carboned up when replaced. Is there something else that I could check (with my limited mechanic ability) before shelling out a load of $$ to the dealer?

I replaced my IAC and it helped some,but then I ran some fuel injector cleaner through after i replaced IAC and this stopped it completely. I had about 98K miles when i did this.
