So the pump , pulley , & fan , You took this all off together ? There is a tool designed to hold the pulley & remove the fan fron the end of the water pump while its still attached to the engine , How did you get the water pump bolts out ? About all you can do now is secure the pulley in a vise & use either some channel locks or an adjustable wrench to break the fan loose . Its right hand thread so that means it breaks loose turning it the opposite way you noramlly turn something to loosen it . I say this assuming you have a reverse rotation fan . It will usually say on the radiator shroud which rotation the fan is . If you dont want to buy the tool , most chain auto part stores rent tools like this for a nominal fee .
I tell you, it was rather interesting getting the bottom two bolts out, but I managed it along with alot of knuckle rapping.
I had a suspicion that the fan shaft might have been a right hand thread, but I didn't want to go bashing away at it without asking for some help first.
