1994 Explorer Intermittent Start Problem
My sons 94 Explorer 4.0 has an intermittent start problem. About 4 months ago after I put gas in the truck it would turnover but wouldn't start. I waited about 10 minutes and it cranked right up. Yesterday my son had the same problem with it. Waited aboput 10 minutes and it started right up. It has new plugs, coil, wires ,EGR, Fuel Press reg. From the search I just did is it likely to be the EEC or fuel pump relay? If so where is it located on the 4.0? Any suggestions would be helpful!

I don't know if I would call them "likely", but EEC and fuel pump relay are certainly possibilities. They are located in the power distribution box underneath the fuses. Power distribution box is under the hood, passenger side fender, near the battery and air filter housing.
When it won't start, do you hear the fuel pump run? The intermittent nature of this is going to make it difficult to track down.

Intermittent Start
The first time I heard the fuel pump, I'm not sure about this time because my son is at college! I'll try the easy stuff first! Thanks for the reply, when I get it home I'll post on the fix!
