If so, this is what I did with mine. I bought some black felt from the fabric store and a can of spray on contact glue. Take your old liner out and cut the felt to cover it. Glue it on and reinstall it. Mine came out looking just fine.
If you don't like black, felt can be found in a rainbow of colors. Best part is that this can be done for less than 10 bucks!
I am also looking for one of these headliners. I have two new JC Whitney catalogs and it is not listed in either. I don't know if they stopped selling it or what but it's not there. If you find one I would be interested to know where. If I run up on one I will post as well.
I will let you know, I have ordered the headliner and it has been shipped. I also ordered the door panels, visors, and dash cover. I expect it all in in about a week. The prices are better then anybody I have seen, we will soon see about the quality.

Oh, yeah, I was hoping someone had found it significantly cheaper than the $250 I have seen it going for. I think I had seen someone say JC Whitney was selling them for $60 on another forum but I don't see that they sell it at any price anymore...
Let us know how it fits and if it uses the stock mounting holes, etc.
Thanks
