I put Flex-o-matic springs on my shortbed, and like Qman, I am very pleased with how it rides. Best riding truck I have ever owned. Not sure it did anything for the ride height.
I put a set of Flex-o-matic springs on my 66 longbed, which required some fab work on my part as the slick beds did not come with this option. Helped the ride on this truck as well.
