Chrysler 300C vs...

These are just things I ran into while researching my friends Volvo's Maintenance record-and everything he had fixed was required by Volvo in TSB's sent out to their mechanics.
On another side-my grandparents have both owned 240DL's and they lasted well over 300k miles with little maintenance and very trouble free.

Am I 100% sure of this no. The guys I almost bought this from are in the Mustang resotring business. I trust there shop and them 100%. They sold the shop 2 years ago and now are rare parts finders. This job they truely love and I still contact them when I need something special. Its 5 years ago and my memory fails a little more everyday. This is what I remember.
Only 11 cars where sold with that option. Of those 11 only 2 where known to exist, the basket case being a 3rd one. As far as the 2 known to exist they may be museum pieces but I do remember that none of them where road worthy. I still kick myself for not pulling the trigger on this. All numbers matched but at the time to restore it I was looking at 100K and we had just come off strike.
They may be full of hot air but I doubt it. Until 5 years ago I didn't know it was offered either and sure don't remember hearing about one or seeing one and I have seen my share of 350GT's.
