VERY NICE JOB. Done One Myself, and that looks better than anything else ive seen on the market. (That doesnt cost more than the car!!) Did you use automotive paint, powder coat, or something else? The finish looks really strong. Also nice welding job. Awesome!!!

Thanks ! The paint is Sherwin Williams acrylic enamel, mixed in my truck color.
Did Ford put the front hangers for the front axle right at the front of the frame horn? I was just trying to figure out what you meant by keeping the crush zone the same.
On your rear axle, what is that tube that goes from the rear bumper to a V bracket in back of your rear axle? I could not figure that out.
Did you make your own bracket for the shackle flip?

Yes ford did put the shackles all the way to the front.
The stock front hangers are not boxed in and welded solid. I left it the way the factory did it.
Yes, I did make the rear shackles & hangers. Look in my hangers dropped gallery, I've got good pictures of them in there.
