Thats funny that they last 1/1000 of a second. Whenever i disconnect my battery the lights still stay on for another 10 seconds because of the cap still having stored power, given that the lights dont take up as much power but i dont think it only last 1/1000th of a second.

A lamp is 5 watts not 400+ watts!

The drain from a 500 Watt Amp will last 1/100~1/1000 of a second depending on the CAP.

Turn your amp on and see how long it stays on!
