01 fuel problem

01 fuel problem

my 01 expy was running fine but i have not driven much in past 4 months. i last started and moved it 4 days ago. tryed to go to the store and will not start. cranks fine and the battery seams strong... although when i turn the key to "on" i should hear my fuel pump, but i am not. it also has one of those aftermarket fuel cutoff anti-theft systems by stealth installed on it. tryed more than one key pad for the system. was wonderind if there is any way to test the fuel pump relay with a multi-meter. also if anyone knows where they put that stealth box at if i can remove it to see if that is the problem before i drop my tank and buy a new pump.
