Well I don't really need help, I just would like to hear your opinions on an axle thats up for grabs. It is only about 20 minutes from where I live at school, how high should a guy go up on something like this?

damn $810 is pretty good! i paid $1000 for mine and I haven't looked back. also i got mine from a DRW truck so my shafts neck up instead of neck down like most! (which means the inners are a lot stronger than SRW)
i would be after that even till about $1100! after $1100 you better be asking for shipping and brand new brakes and all
Ya, I shouldn't have to worry about shipping with it only being about 20 minutes from my place. How much can I get a crossover steering system put together for? The calipers can't be too much can they?
At the price its at now its a fair deal for what they go for these days. The cross over conversion is pretty cheap if you make your own stuff, otherwise it can run you about $200 to buy it from somebody.
while you guys are all spending $1000 bucks for an axle...wouldnt it just be cheaper and better to go out and find a truck with those axles already on them? you could easily find some pos for a few hundred and you'd save yourself a ton of money. anyways, just my thoughts on that
