I didn't know this before but apparently Chrysler used press-in ball joints in some suspensions and screw-in in others. The ball joints in my 87 5th Avenue suspension were definitely screwed in. Make sure which type you have. If you try to press out a screwed in joint you're going to ruin an A-arm.

I just wanted to let you guys know I've posted some videos of my Volare clip install over at youtube...

http://www.youtube.com/profile?user=henrysrodshop

I have some more info/videos/photos/grumbling at my website:

http://www.henrysrodshop.com

I'm just to the point of installing my engine (this morning) and trans, and making the mounts... of course I'm running into the notorious volare steering box issue. Anyhow, I'll take photos of my motor mounts, and headers. My plan is to keep the motor centered, and just make custom headers. (yay!).

Just to mention... I'm not a pro, this is my first hotrod project, I'm an okay welder, and this volare swap was a piece of cake. Lots of measuring, and lots of time, but it's easy. Just buy the video from these guys, it's worth every penny: http://www.nolimit.net/
