Chebby if forced but it would have to be as old as my '78 F150 and all those ones are already melted down and been made into oil cans for the new ones .
I'd have to go with chevy, didn't like the looks of the dakota I saw the other day, that would be the only truck I drove, the ram isn't looking so hot either, looks toooooo rigid
I had an '89 Chevy Blazer (full size.)
The paint peeled like crazy. I took it back to my local GM dealer. They agreed to re-paint the truck. I asked for them to wait until Spring. (It was late November). They said, "Sure. No problem."
Long story short. In Spring, they didn't re-paint my truck. After phone calls and letters along with documentation, GM Corporate people told me that they would NOT re-paint my truck.
I had given them documentation that (my family) was dedicated GM owners. (No less than 8 GMs in the family, at this moment.) Surely they could re-paint this truck as a sign of good-will, for loyal GM owners.
They said, "Absolutely not. If they re-painted MY truck, they would have to re-paint other vehicles. NO."
I told them that, "I would NEVER own another GM product. They can keep their lousy paint jobs and their vehicles, and I will keep my money."
They had the nerve to tell me, "You don't sound like a faithful GM owner."
Well. . . DUH!
Not only will I not own another GM product, I will tell everyone I know to NOT buy GM. Even though that Blazer is still going strong at 240,000+ miles. (It's just not mine, now.)

GM wouldn't repaint a 15 yr old truck, and you're upset? What am I missing here?
