F-150 2003 Drip rails Problems
Has anyone has problems with their 2003 F-150 drip rails (the rail that seperates the roof from the doors)? The paint on mine began to crack from what I was told a factory design flaw. The dealership had to repaint the whole roof and after they were done there were still small cracks that they said they would be unable to fix. I'm looking for advise on what I should do; take it to a different dealership (still under warrenty) or if there is anything I can do.

Are you referring to the rain gutters in the roof? There is TSB out about the material used to seal that joint and that's what cracks. The material must be removed and then repainted. The TSB section of this site should have it. Sorry, but I don't remember the number. I also have a few spots where it's cracking, but nothing serious yet (hopefully)
