Fumoto Valve Modification
Okay, it took me longer to do this than I thought, and I couldn't find the old thread. I used a bench grinder to cut a notch in the valve to help get full drainage out of the oil pan, then cleaned the threads up with a small file. Blew all the particles out to keep from damaging the valve. Seems to work great. Drained the oil through the valve, then actually removed the valve and no residual oil was left. Don't know if any of this was necessary, but I said I'd try it so here it is.
