What exactly do you plan on uploading to the PCM? It sounds like you are asking for more trouble than you need. The easiest way to tweak the PCM is with an aftermarket chip. Yes, there probably are cables for connecting, but I wouldnt know where to find one.

well i had a 94 Camaro Z28 that there was a program called LT1 Edit that you could change everything from the injector pulse to the timing even tweek some of the sensor readings for like the o2 or iat sensor.

You cannot change anything in the PCM without actually disassembling it and removing the ROM chip. You're only option and because you have OBD-II, you can connect a laptop or palm device with a cable. This will allow you to monitor the sensors and log data, as well as reset trouble codes, but you still will not be able to change any fuel maps or timing maps. For performance tuning, you will need a chip from many of the companies out there. I would recommend one that you can program for your specific needs.

FYI, I use the ELM interface with my laptop from scantool[dot]net. It's cheap, and works great for monitoring sensors.
