it aint a crew cab it is a super cab. may not be a 73. maybe a 76 or 77

Nope, it's sure not a '73. Ford didn't offer the supercab until '74. Based on the grille, I'd guess it to be a '76 or '77. Also, the 351 Cleveland was never available in '73-79 trucks.

No supercabs until '74, maybe the grille isn't original either

if its mostly original its a 77. 351M wasnt until 77, yellow turn signals.

as stated SC started in 74,

sounds like a VIN swap to avoid smog.

I guess someone will have to explain,I have 3-1974's in my pasture right noe and I cant tell any difference in the grille.
