"unrenewable"?? Of course its renewable. When "the asteroid" hits the earth "again" all of our dead fosils will be converted to oil over billions upon trillions (or whatevers in voge now) years. Which of course is the blink of an..... Hang on a sec, need to put my waders on cause it's startin' ta get a little deep in here.
My point was that oil dose not lose it's viscosity. So if you really want to be good to "mother earth" you'll put in some 5w oil when it turns cold, then by the time spring gets here it'll be up to 30w, which will get you through the summer. At the end of which it should be thick enough to put into you rear end (which ever one you want, I know you canadians are pretty kinky). And hopfully what comes out of your rear end will by now be thick enough to be used in your ball joints and such. And with what evers left over you could maybe resurfase your drive way.... I'll stop here, need to reycicle my coffie....
Ok, I've always taken my truck to a shop to get the oil changed, I have been told it is very easy to change myself, just have a dumb question about where the drain plug is for the oil. I'm pretty sure I know where it is but I dont want to undo the wrong drain plug, like the one for the transmission fluid or something, also where is the oil filter located and how do I replace it? and where do I dispose of the old oil? Thanks

Be sure to put the drain plug in before filling with oil.
