Heat...grill block?

With temps being near 0 all week, I was wondering if anyone blockes their radiator in the extreme cold. In my Wrangler I could block the front for the entire winter if I wanted to. It got enough air from down below to stay at a nice temperature. I wonder how these V8's would do.

I'm in GA, it doesn't get anywhere near that cold here.

I guess you could do it, but I'm driving my 1999 Expy in zero degree weather without a radiator cover or a shortage of interior heat.
