97 ford explorer transmission

Ford explorer 4x4. I added transmission fluid, and overfilled it. I have noticed now their are spots on the concrete where puddles of transmission fluid are located. All under by the pan is soaked. Could the vent tube be clogged, and also where is the vent tube located.

Please help..
