weather stripping on 1975
I need to get weather stipping replaced on the doors of my 75 F250. I read in the LMC magazine that they have a set for the Cab and a set for the doors.
Did they originally use a cab and door set of weather stripping? Should I use both sets or just try the cab set?

John....
People my laugh, but I got ALL my weatherstripping at JC Whitney. It fits perfectly and costs less than LMC. I got...
--Door strips (that go around the cab and seal the doors to the cab)
--Windows Channels (these go around the front-top-rear of the roll-down window)
--Anti-Ratler Blet Strips (these are steel-cored strips that go at the bottom of the roll-down window)
--Vent Window Strips (that go around the vent windows)
They also have stripping for the windshield and the rear-window. These made a huge difference in my 78 F150.

kc5hwb,
I have purchased a few items from JCW. I bought a convertable top from them about two years ago. Naturally, after I did, someone told me a less expensive place to by the same thing.
Some of JCW's rubber parts can get a bit pricey, so I was wondering if someone found a better place?
Thanks,
John24255

Weather Strip
one can always try National Parts Depot or just plain E-bay they always have them, go to e-bay motors, parts and accessories, when that window comes up, just type in 73-79 ford truck and you will see them.
And remember, if you have a problem with cow theft, get an imooooobilser
