Maybe they should outlaw cellphones from even being in the passenger compartment of a motor vehicle. But IMO minivans should be outlawed too, and anyone who drives them. Trust me 96% of all motor vehicle accidents, there is a mini van somehow involved. (not really but close).
I myself choose not to use the cell phone while driving nor do I eat in my truck so I guess the spinner will balance things out a little.

Yes -- they are illegal (TO USE ) and have been illegal in most states for probably 25 years or so. May not be illegal for semis and of course alot of farm equipment has them because they are titled as offroad. Just because you can buy something does not make it legal. Personally I wouldn't see whereas any modern vehicle would need them I drive alot with one hand and never had a problem cranking the wheel. I remember when most cars had them, but then again in my state you could drive down the highway drinking beer legally at that time. Rules change as technology advances. Just think if every idiot had them on their vehicle- would almost be comical on ice . Cell phones will probably and should probably be banned as well from drivers use- Nothing worst than a driver heading through a mall parking lot transversing the stalls , while tlaking about their finger nail color or something so important.

Sorry Cookie, just trying to make the point that just because you do not like something that it should not be made illegal or a rash decision. I do not plan on keeping this thing on my truck either just until I heal up. I do have authorization to use it, In my post erlier I was just saying that I liked it then later I was retaliating to 77Highboys comment. Sorry if I got you into trouble with momma!
