Ever spot any old Fords trucks sitting around just waiting for a new owner to come along? If you ever see any in your travels post them here in case someone is looking for that old Ford truck or parts.
Morris I remember that tere is a truck out south of Delisle on a rock pile. I will in spring go look and see what year it is. I know it is from the 50's.

Way to go! I know that you have a good eye for old vehicles, now if we could just get you to zero in on ONLY old Fords that would be great, LOL!
Noticed a pair of 1950 Ford 1 tons listed for sale($750?) at the mall bulletin at Circle Park mall on 8th street, not sure what that mall is called now. The B Board is between Safeway and Zeller`s in the walk way. If anyone requires the phone# I can get it for you. One truck has a hoist with a flat deck and the other one has a pu box. Neither truck is running but sounds like the motors are not seized up.
My father-in-law has a few interesting old trucks on his farm by Tisdale, but none are Fords. He has a couple of mid 50's GMC trucks, one is the kind with the extra windows in the corners of the cab.A couple of old Internationals I am guessing from the 40's with the big sweeping teardrop style fenders,a 6 wheel drive GMC army truck and a couple of old grain trucks made by a company called Maple Leaf.
I thought the Maple Leaf trucks were made in Regina in the 30's. On the news a while ago, a guy restored one and put it on his insurance building.
I did hear a creepy rumor that some kind of a GM product was built in Regina or Moose Jaw a long, long time ago. Another reason that Saskatoon is a nicer, cleaner city!
There is an old GM plant in Regina on the corner of Winnipeg St.and 8th Ave.I think GM quit producing there in the 40's and now the building is subdivided into smaller units. The original building is huge and you can still see some of the old GM signage above some of the doors.
All the trucks I know off. Lets see:
40's GMC 3/4 ton
46 Ford 2 Ton
48 Mercury M-68 1 ton
48-50 Mercury 3 ton
49 Ford F-135 2 ton
51 Ford F-1 flatdeck 1/2 ton
2 47-53 Chevy 3/4 tons
4 early 50's Dodge 3/4 ton
Late 40's International parts 3/4 ton
57 Mercury M-100
59 Ford F-350
62 Ford F-100 Unibody
62 Ford F-250
63 Ford F-100 Unibody
64 Ford F-100
65 Mercury M-350
67-69 Ford F-100
68 Ford stationwagon
Some 70's Ford trucks and a pile (literaly) of 70's chevy trucks. Some of these trucks are being used.
Quite a list 51, worth a trip to Davidson just have alook. These are all in the area I take it. I would be interested in the 67-72 Ford trucks as well as the 53/56 if any could be found.
