Power loss when using 4x4

Power loss when using 4x4
I have a 2004 4.6 v8 F150 STX. When I use 4 wheel drive (4 hi) and make a sharp turn I lose power and the truck almost dies. This never happens when the truck is in 2 hi, has anyone experienced this problem and if so were you able to find a solution?

I think everyone with a 4X4 has experienced just what you did. 4x4's tend to bind up in the front when in 4 wheel drive when making sharp turns, and you really should never do this while on dry pavement or even just wet road. In the snow or mud you probably won't even notice because they will slip some.
