5.0 swap

Just stumbled across a sweet deal on a complete 5.0 with aod. Want to replace the 352. My question is how hard will it be to hook up the fuel injection? I can always swap out with a carb setup but fuel injection on a 66 would be cool!!

you will need the complete wiring harness from the donor car plus the computer/sensors and a factory (not haynes) wiring manual, then you should be set. what kind of fuel injection is it? tbi, mpi, etc.

I've got the setup your talking about in my 66. It is great and has lots of power. I can't tell you exactly how intense the fuel injection and all the electrical and computer installation was since i had another guy do it. It's a really clean setup and i like it alot. As far as the engine goes it was a straight forward swap. Had the Forward drive shaft cut about 5".
