Clevis pin hardness?

Clevis pin hardness?
Does anyone know the reputed hardness on clevis pins? I want to replace the ones on my clutch actuator rod on my 1969 F-100 set-up with bolts and locking nuts. Are they like Grade 5 or 8 or AN hardware?
I hate to replace them with something too soft or too brittle. Then again, I tend to over build things....
