Ignition module is mounted on the distributor. Is there a way to remove and replace without pulling distributor? It looke pretty tight.

it is possible to remove the tfi, autozone sells the socket to get into the screws/bolts on it. you'll probably have to losen the distributor and turn it a little to get at all the bolts. i just got done doing this on a buddy of mines truck a couple weeks ago. its real simple

Dont forget to mark the distributer before you spin it or you will need a timing light. It is a bit of a bitch to get at but as the last post mentioned it is a lot easier with the correct tool, either and allen key or torx.
