Exp. noisey

Does anyone have any ideas on a very noisy start up condition with my 98 Exp. sohc.I had the chains replaced. It seems to be the tentioners.

There was a recall for the chain guide tentioners, but it was only for complaint of noise. We had ours done, and my mother also had hers done. According to my buddy, (tech at local dealership), they will only replace them if you were to complain about the noise and if the vehicle is still within the recall parameters.
