Is there an easy way to replace the water pump ?

 

Not really, but it's not that hard. On a pickup you have to remove the fan assembly and everything between it and the pump. Don't know what you're up against on a van...sorry. Wear gloves if you try it though or you'll lose some hide. Been there, done that.
