You'll definately have to change the y-pipe because the headers won't match up to it. I've got the aluminum header gaskets and have had no problem with them. I used RTV ultra copper around the exhaust ports on both sides of the gasket and have no leaks or problems with bolts loosening up to fast. Use penetrating oil on the exhaust manifold and y-pipe bolts a day or two before removal and make sure you retighten the header bolts for a few days after putting the headers on.
