Everything is new and checks outs...no blockage. I think MFalt has it right on the ball, there is something wrong within the Master Cylinder. Just going to have to replace it.
I had the same problem years ago. I suspected that there was not enough free play in the push rod. I loosened the master cylinder and added a cut flat washer between the booster and master cylinder to make sure. Problem solved, I removed the booster and took it back to the parts store. We discovered the booster was the wrong one.
When brakes are locked up loosen a fitting at the master cylinder. If the brakes release then the problem is in the master cylinder. If the brakes do not release then loosen the fittings or bleeders at the wheel cylinders. When brakes release you know which line/cylinder has a problem.

Check for overfilling of brake fluid in the master cylinder. If its to full near the top, the brake fluid heats and expands, thus tightening up after you drive for a awhile
