Anyone got any ideas need to change joint vibrates bad in 4 wheel changed all but this inner and it is frozen solid.By the way im trying to do this without removing diff and everything is very rusty and dont want to end up with further repairs being needed!!!!!!!!!!

You wont get the inner axle out of the diff without removing the diff. It is held in with a C-clip like a rear axle has.
Sometimes the inner axle U-joint can be replaced without removing the axle if you have a good U-joint press but it's hard to do and easy to screw up the axle.
It's been a long time since I've had one of these apart.
You have to remove both outer axles, the front driveshaft and then I think you have to remove the left shock to allow the I-beam to drop enough to remove the diff from it.
It looks like the bolt for the radius arm goes through an ear on the diff
I swear i never did any of this on the other rangers---maybe they were 28
and this is a 35? meandana front axle
