What are the known symptoms of a brake booster failing.
My truck at idle is running rough. Remove vaccuum from booster and it runs smoth again. You can also hear a hissing in the cab whick seems to get worst when it is raining out side.
Also when you push the pedal to the floor the hissing stops and the engine runs smooth again.
So should I go out and purchase a new booster. This problem is really starting ot annoy me.
