my six has a bent crank shaft and has no oil pressure and ive allready put 100,000 miles on a bent crank . the motor is indestructable but my dad wants to give me his 302 and ide much rather have 300 hp
you should be able to buy most of the parts you are looking for off the shelf. If they do not have the motor mounts for the 302 get 351w mounts they will work and i believe they were an option for your truck. you will have to change the bell housing out on the transmission and your flywheel as the balance is not the same. Hopefully you will have all the hardware/brackets for the assesories with the 302 if not check the wrecking yard
